A:  An average alarm has a manufacturer guideline lifespan of approximately five years. So we will prompt you when yours reaches this age and advice you on replacement.

Q:  Can I pay any other way?
A: No we only accept payment via paypal and credit/debit card

A: You will need to notify us on info@lifeontheceiling.co.uk so we can update your details.

Q: I don’t have an email address, can I still register for your service?
A: No, you will need an email address for us to contact you with confirmation that your batteries have been despatched.
